Kim Lee

Kim develops, implements and maintains systems that assure the quality of clinical research at Southampton’s clinical research facilities.

Kim is responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance (QA) procedures for studies conducted in the facility, ensuring compliance to GCP and overseeing work towards accreditation.

She is leading the CRF through the MHRA phase I re-accreditation process. Working closely with the Early Phase Safety Committee, she is ensuring phase I study Risk Assessment is approved in a timely manner.

Kim joined in 2012 as a receptionist and developed into the role of acting senior QA lead.
